Megan Joseph

Megan Meehan Joseph is a writer, artist, small business owner and parent. Educated in three different countries (the U.S., Malaysia and England), Megan graduated with distinction from St. Mark’s School and Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from Colby College, earning degrees in Government and Creative Writing. Megan spent the first decade of her career in journalism and politics, holding various writing, editing and press secretary positions in New England, Washington, D.C. and Colorado. She has experience working in public relations, government, journalism, publishing, consulting and education, and her independent work has appeared in numerous publications, including the Boston Herald and The Martha’s Vineyard Times. She now lives on Cape Cod with her family, where she teaches creative writing.
Megan’s debut novel, Fire Behavior, is a domestic suspense inspired by her experience as an evacuee during the 2010 Fourmile Fire in Boulder. She is currently working on her second book, Fortunate Sons.
