Kaitlyn is a bisexual author with ADHD/OCD, who was a 2019 Picture Book Party finalist, and represented before she took a break to focus on being a literary agent. On the literary agenting side, she is honored to be listed in Publishers Marketplace as a top 100 Deal-maker agent for picture book fiction (currently at #10!). She is also the proud creator of the Fall Writing Frenzy contest as well as the co-creator of the Spring Fling Kidlit and Kidlit Zombie Week contests. Kaitlyn is a native of California's Central Valley, where she lives with her family and teaches middle school math. In all aspects of life, Kaitlyn aims to inspire and encourage others the way that her seven-year-old inspires and encourages her.
