Peggy Sweeney-McDonald is the creator/producer of the festive hit food monologue show Meanwhile, Back at Cafe Du Monde…, and the author of the Amazon bestselling book Meanwhile, Back at Cafe Du Monde… Life Stories About Food.

 

Peggy has presented at the Louisiana Book Festival and the Faulkner’s Words and Music Festival. She has written articles for Chili Pepper Magazine, Thrive Global, Insidewink, InRegister Magazine, The Arrow, and Medium.

 

She is the writer/producer/host of Life In The A-Zone podcast series, where she shares her bittersweet journey of moving home to Louisiana to be the caregiver to her mother, who suffered from Alzheimer's.
