Kate is a SAG/AEA/WGA Los Angeles-based actor and writer. She is an alumnus of the Second City Chicago, where she spent her time on cruise ships, touring the country and understudying their main stage productions.

 

Kate has starred in a number of independent features and television pilots, including Pageant Dads, 15 Minutes to Obscurity, and Paid Programming, a New York Television Festival finalist and Close Quarters where she won awards for acting in a number of nationwide festivals.

 

Kate occasionally performs on Jimmy Kimmel Live and just wrapped production on the second season of Control Alt Delete with Ed Begley Jr. When she’s not performing she’s writing comedy television pilots and features. Along with optioning a number of scripts, Kate sold an original pilot to Universal TV and worked in the writer’s room for the Netflix show, Project MC2. You can see Kate performing around town with her improv troupe, Triumph.
