​Jan Zauzmer majored in public policy at Princeton and followed up with a law degree from Stanford Law School and later put her civic education to use as president of a prominent congregation in southeastern Pennsylvania. Having recently discovered her passion for sharing this awareness and activist spirit with kids, she is the author of two timely and delightful picture books: If You Go with Your Goat to Vote and Maxine's Critters Get the Vaccine Jitters. A lifelong creative sort, Jan is a member of SCBWI.
